This course is open to anyone interested in learning more about quality management systems and how they help with continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and overall business success. You may be a subject matter expert, in research, a clinician, in a start-up, a supplier or a graduate with interest.
The training is delivered entirely online as individual, self-paced eLearning with interactive elements and videos to keep you engaged. The QMS Primer may take you 2 hours or more, but you can complete it over multiple sessions as you need; the eLearning system will save your progress so you can return to continue from where you left off.
You just need a device with an internet connection and modern internet browser to launch and run the course.
