On Thursday 27 February, the HTA hosted the first Commerical Strategy & Planning workshop for 2025 in Christchurch.
This workshop was designed to provide insights into the principles of commercial planning, strategy and activation. More than just a learning experience, it was an opportunity for participants to put theory into practice through interactive exercises. Attendees went on a journey as they worked through key aspects of business development.
